The Retail Odyssey Company is a traveling in-store merchandiser role that supports retailers and shoppers across locations. This position requires regular travel and may involve up to 50% or more time away, including overnight stays.

You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and coordinate with retailers.
• Travel as required, with potential up to 50%+ time away from home.
