Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support across retailers. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

This is a traveling role with regular travel and overnight stays as needed. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours possible and benefits tailored to

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of your home state with overnight stays.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results, able to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Travel regularly as a primary requirement of the role, including overnight hotel stays.
