Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a dynamic in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and rotating stock. This traveling role requires regular travel, with overnight stays as needed.

You will care for inventory tracking and respond to shopper needs while representing a nationwide network of brands. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
