Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a dynamic in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. This traveling role requires regular travel and overnight stays to maximize sales opportunities.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, proactive manner, lift up to 50 lbs, and bring a safety-first mindset to a retail environment. Training is provided, and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers by building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel as a primary requirement of the role, with regular overnight stays.
• Collaborate with store staff and management to ensure optimal product presentation.
