Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory while traveling up to 50% of the time to support stores and suppliers.

This role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, paid travel with overnight stays, and internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside the home state with overnight stays.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-conscious in a retail environment.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities
