Job summary

SAS Retail, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a traveling in-store merchandiser to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales. The role requires frequent travel and overnight stays, with training provided for success.

You will interact with customers and store personnel, lifting up to 50 lbs and meeting customers with a friendly, proactive attitude. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Willing to travel up to 50% (or more) and stay overnight
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team
• No prior experience required; training provided

• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
