Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an in-store merchandising team member to support retailers with displays, rotations, and inventory tracking. This traveling role requires frequent travel and overnight stays; you’ll be visiting stores across Massachusetts and beyond.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and you must be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with customers and management in a fast-paced retail environment.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work locationDemonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
