Job summary

Field Force Merchandising, LLC is seeking Traveling Merchandisers to service multiple retail locations across the United States, with a heavy travel schedule and overnight trips. You will support resets, planogram compliance, and in-store merchandising projects while working independently and building strong relationships with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively (80–100%), including overnight and multi-state trips.
• Execute merchandising resets, planogram (POG) compliance, and product placement.
• Install fixtures and complete light inventory tasks.
• Capture detailed before-and-after photos of completed work.
• Check and replenish backstock as needed.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or display issues.
• Communicate professionally with store managers during every visit.
• Submit accurate reports and photos through company mobile apps or systems.

Position Overview

As a Traveling Merchandiser, you’ll service multiple retail locations—and at times beyond—supporting large-scale resets, merchandising initiatives, and store projects. This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong relationships with store leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel extensively (80–100%), including overnight and multi-state trips
• Execute merchandising resets, planogram (POG) compliance, and product placement
• Install fixtures and complete light inventory tasks
• Capture detailed before-and-after photos of completed work
• Check and replenish backstock as needed
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or display issues
• Communicate professionally with store managers during every visit

Experience in the following is a plus!

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and store layouts.
• Understanding of fixture placement, store flow, and merchandising standards.
• Knowledge of retail fixtures, components, and hardware used in store resets.
• Ability to safely lift, move, assemble, and disassemble retail fixtures.
• Experience installing gondolas, shelving systems, and retail fixtures.
• Understanding of store layouts, fixture mapping, and retail space planning.
