2020 Companies in Fort Smith, AR is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to install and update fixtures, resets, and displays for top brands. You’ll work independently, manage schedules, and travel up to 90 miles from home.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, current driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Flexible Monday–Friday hours with assignments 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. are available.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and climb ladders.
• Flexible schedule Monday–Friday; hours 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Install and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets and store build-outs.
• Follow planograms and client merchandising directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other display equipment.
• Capture and upload photos documenting completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client.
