Qualifications

• 5 plus years of construction experience; experience in multiple divisions is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and renderings.
• Must be available via phone and/or e-mail for extended work hours, including weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily reviews to ensure compliance with construction plans.
• Review, understand, and enforce project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage multiple trades and tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain accurate daily job logs and report construction activities.
• Identify potential change orders and gaps in scope.
• Inspect and verify material deliveries against documentation.
• Ensure jobsites are kept clean and organized.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies.
