Electra Hospital District is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide total nursing care for patients at Electra Home Health in Texas. You will assess and coordinate nursing needs, create care plans, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have two years of nursing experience and be a graduate of an accredited nursing school. This position requires effective communication skills and knowledge of home health nursing.

Formación

• Two years’ experience of nursing required.
• Registered Nurse currently licensed by the state of Texas.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each patient.
• Provide and coordinate nursing care by assessing patient's needs.
• Develop the plan of care and necessary revisions.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of home health nursing care

Effective oral and written communication skills

Familiar with operating computers

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
