Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care across diverse communities in North Dakota. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

The role requires an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience with six months of travel nursing, and the ability to work within a 60-mile radius of your assigned facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications specific to the department.

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient treatment.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
