Job summary

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation—to deliver individualized care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across all care phases, from prevention to follow-up. You will be responsible for patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions, ensuring practice within the scope of nursing standards and licensure laws. Your role involves care coordination, applying age and population-specific standards, and adhering to ethical and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
• Reside at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
