Job summary

DiningRD is seeking a traveling Registered Dietitian to support long-term care dining programs across Southern Colorado. The role requires an average of two days of travel per week with reimbursement, and offers a flexible schedule and a strong benefits package.

You will work with clinical teams to ensure meals meet nutritional standards, mentor dining staff, and help implement policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Two years of consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Improve seniors' meals to meet high nutritional standards.
• Collaborate with clinical team to monitor residents' nutritional needs.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff; assist with policy development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
