Job summary

Compass Group USA's CulinArt nutrition team is seeking a PRN Dietitian who is Registered Dietitian in good standing with CDR. This travel-heavy role covers Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with about 3-4 events per month. Compensation is $50 per hour, equating to roughly $10,000–$13,000 yearly based on hours worked.

The position requires strong public speaking, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior culinary nutrition or foodservice experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in dietetics, culinary nutrition, food and nutrition, food service management or related field.
• Registered Dietitian in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Travel 100% in the Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware areas.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Experience in public speaking, preferably to all age groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively present nutrition and sustainability education across health fairs, lunch and learns, program launches, client meetings and café wellness events.
• Maintain current knowledge of child and adult nutrition guidelines as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the AMA.
• Maintain knowledge of CulinArt’s Sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Assist in manager and team-member Food Allergy and nutrition training programs.
• Maintain RD credentials and stay in good standing by completing CP Es.
