Job summary

Mission Health Communities is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with PCC expertise to join as Traveling Regional Nurse Consultant across the Midwest. This role supports multiple communities and requires an active Iowa license, CPR certification, and leadership in LTC DON or Nurse Consultant roles.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance, training, audits, and high-quality elder care, traveling to communities in Missouri, Iowa, and surrounding states as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa or Compact RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
• Previous LTC DON or LTC Regional Nurse Consultant experience.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Leadership, regulatory, education, auditing and training in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Traveling RN Nurse Consultant across the Midwest to support multiple communities.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and training.
• Partner with communities in Missouri, Iowa and surrounding states to drive quality of care.
