Job summary

IES is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage large projects across multiple sites. This role includes oversight of safety, quality, and financial performance, with responsibility for staffing, materials, and customer delivery.

A $7,000 sign-on bonus is paid in installments across the first year, contingent on employment in good standing. The Superintendent will lead site teams, coordinate with customers, monitor profitability, and ensure timely completion within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum three years as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• Minimum five years in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, manage and discharge project staff.
• Act as senior liaison with customer representatives.
• Plan for and manage project profitability to meet goals.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met across the project.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial reporting.
