Job summary

Actalent in Fargo, ND is seeking a Project Manager for Core & Shell Data Center delivery to manage a hyperscale construction program. The role leads budget, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change control, while overseeing RFIs, submittals, scheduling, reporting, and subcontract administration.

You will coordinate field operations and partner with Superintendents to drive schedule and production, and support owner communications and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Ground-up commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or large-scale projects.
• Strong financial management and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
• Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
