Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with full oversight and quality control.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and manage subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders.
• Maintain all project documentation: logs, reports, inventories, and records.
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves.
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing.
• Monitor risks and address schedule or budget issues; respond to on-call needs.
• Fill in as needed with hands-on tasks and extra responsibilities.
