B&B Concrete is seeking a seasoned project leadership professional in Fort Worth, TX to drive performance on heavy civil infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with superintendents to advance work safely and efficiently, manage financials, and keep schedules aligned with DOT timelines.

The role requires accountability, clear communication, and a builder-minded approach to solving field and paper challenges alongside engineers and partners.

Formación

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Collaborate with field teams and engineers to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs, and materials with timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Solve design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
