Qualifications

• RN license in the state you're practicing
• ACLS and BCLS certifications current
• Competency in vascular access procedures
• Knowledge of bedside assessment and documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Bedside insertion of PICCs, midlines, and extended dwell catheters
• Bedside insertion of peripheral IV catheters and access via ports
• Assess and monitor patients with vascular access devices
• Document procedures clearly per client policy and company policy
• Travel between client facilities as required for assignments
