Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to support Skilled Nursing Facility evaluations and treatments in Westfield, NJ. You will help patients recover mobility and function while adapting to new locations.

Requirements include a PT degree, NJ license, BLS, and experience in SNFs. The 13-week assignment runs 36–40 hours per week, with shifts 08:30–16:30, across days, traveling between sites.

Qualifications

• :Must have relevant Physical Therapy degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral).
• :Active New Jersey PT license required to start the assignment.
• :BLS certification may be required.
• :Experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings required.
• :Ability to evaluate and treat adults with post-acute and chronic conditions.
• :Experience with Medicare/Medicaid documentation and regulatory requirements.
