Plunkett's Pest Control is seeking a Traveling Service Technician to travel between branches and gain diverse pest control experience. You’ll learn quickly, handle a variety of pests, and build a fast-track career with ongoing training, state licensure, and on-the-road exposure across multiple states.

Expect overnight trips about 30% of the time, with hotel and travel costs covered. A driver’s license, a can-do attitude, and comfort with tablets are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero pest control experience is accepted and training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel including overnight trips ~30%.
• Comfort using a tablet or smartphone app to complete work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Jump into open routes across branches and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Back up other technicians when busy or someone is out.
• Travel between branches, including overnight trips (~30%), hotel and travel covered.
• Learn to identify pests and treat homes and businesses properly.
• Pursue state pest control license and certifications.
• Log your work using a company tablet.
• Bring your best effort to every customer interaction.
• Keep the company truck and gear in good condition.
