Job description

Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

PC Technician 75% travel within the US. Visit dental offices on site to build, solidify and sustain improvements to their IT structure for offices across the United States. Provide the face of InTech to customers, troubleshoot IT hardware, and learn IT software programs in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel 90% of the time to client sites (driving & flying)
• Understanding of networking and computer systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to learn through research, technical certification and on‑the‑job training
• Strong troubleshooting skills – hardware and software installs on new workstations
• Troubleshoot network problems and suggest solutions
• Communicate and work with team members to coordinate efforts to support clients
• Experience with 2–3 day projects to build an entire IT infrastructure at a new or converting dental office
• Certifications in IT field are a plus
