Job summary

Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Part Time Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties related to processing prescriptions. This 100% travel role covers six sites to cover PTO and LOAs for our pharmacists, with open locations in Boise, Ammon, Nampa and Ontario, OR.

The position is 24 hours per week guaranteed, with open pharmacy hours Monday–Friday and benefits including PTO accrual and a 401k plan. Prior retail or long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Oregon.
• Immunization Certification.
• Driver's License and Car Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provide information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focus on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administer immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Perform any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.

Position: Part Time Float Pharmacist
We're looking for a Part Time Float Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with processing prescriptions. This part time position is 100% travel and guarantees 24 hours per week which involves traveling to our 6 sites to cover PTO and LOAs for our pharmacists.

Our pharmacies are open Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
