Job summary

Ideal Dental in Texas is seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to support our orthodontic team and patients during treatment. You’ll help create a welcoming environment, assist with procedures, and maintain precise records.

You must hold an Active Registered Dental Assistant License, current CPR, at least 1 year of orthodontic experience, and be willing to travel within assigned areas. Growth is supported with modern tools and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a smile and creating a welcoming environment.
• Assist Orthodontist with procedures and manage arch-wires and bands.
• Take impressions, x-rays, photographs and maintain records.
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and follow-ups.
• Coordinate care and follow-ups to ensure timely treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and manage inventory.
