Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our Portage, IN team. You will support the Orthodontist, prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and assist with chair-side procedures while traveling to sister clinics as needed.

Responsibilities include taking X-Rays, performing scans, adjusting braces, and educating patients on care. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting experience is required.
• Availability on Saturdays.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced dental setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatments, including cleaning and taking impressions.
• Take X-Rays and digital scans, and assist with lab work.
• Assist the Orthodontist during procedures and adjust braces and appliances.
• Manage patient records and update charts.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care during treatment.
• Ensure sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols.
