Job summary

Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a Part Time Traveling Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to support our Snellville, Conyers, and Douglasville offices. The role involves assisting the dental team, preparing rooms, educating patients, and supporting procedures while traveling between offices.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of dental assisting experience, 2–3 years in Oral Surgery, and is able to travel. CPR and EDDA certifications with X-ray exposure training are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous dental assisting experience.
• 2-3 years of Oral Surgery experience.
• MUST TRAVEL.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately.
