Veit & Company, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator based in Rogers, Minnesota. The successful candidate will operate heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers and motor graders, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and performing routine maintenance.
A high school diploma and experience in equipment operation are required. This role may involve working 8 to 12-hour shifts, with flexibility for evenings and weekends, and requires a willingness to travel.
The Heavy Equipment Operator will operate one or more types of power construction equipment, such as motor graders, bulldozers, scrapers, compressors, pumps, derricks, shovels, tractors, or front-end loaders, to excavate, move, and grade earth, erect structures, or pour concrete or other hard-surface pavement. May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties.

The base compensation range for this role is Union Scale.
