Job summary

Health Dimensions Group (HDG) is seeking traveling nursing leaders to step into critical DON/ADON and RN Unit Manager roles across the U.S. These interim assignments require immediate impact and the ability to stabilize operations quickly.

As a senior nursing leader, you will mentor teams, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality outcomes, and partner with administrators to improve risk-adjusted care while delivering tangible performance gains.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (multi-state flexibility preferred).
• Proven leadership as a DON, ADON, or nurse manager in long-term care.
• Strong survey/compliance knowledge.
• Ability to quickly assess, implement, and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and stabilize nursing operations in underperforming or transitioning communities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
