Job summary

Jackson HealthPros seeks a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to join a multidisciplinary team. You will prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate imaging equipment.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology, state license, BLS, and at least 2 years of experience, with ARRT NM or NMTCB certification. Shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with on-call evenings and weekends.

• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine; BLS certification.
• 2 years’ experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification.
• Proficiency in general nuclear medicine and PET.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.
• Float between nuclear medicine and PET as needed.
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; On-call evenings and weekends as described; collaborate with multi-disciplinary team.

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB
• Proficiency in general nuclear medicine and PET
• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• On-call requirement includes one weekday per week from 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• On-call requirement includes one weekend per month on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Float between nuclear medicine and PET as needed
