Jackson HealthPros in Atlanta is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will prepare and administer radioactive drugs and operate imaging equipment, including PET and gamma cameras, to support patient care.

The role includes on-call shifts, variable hours, and travel-friendly benefits such as housing support, medical benefits, 401k matching, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology.
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine.
• BLS certification required.
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech; 3-5+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and administer radioactive drugs.
• Operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.
• Float between nuclear medicine and PET as needed for direct and indirect patient care.
• Meet on-call requirements including weekday evenings and weekend coverage.

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification to practice nuclear medicine
• BLS certification
• 2 years' experience as a nuclear med tech
• ARRT (NM) or NMTCB
• 3-5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in general nuclear medicine as well as PET
• Experience with GE and Siemens equipment
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• On-call requirements include one weekday per week from 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM and one weekend per month on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Float between nuclear medicine and PET as needed for direct and indirect patient care
