Action Behavior Centers LLC (ABC) is hiring a New Centers Project Manager to drive the development and successful launch of new ABA therapy centers across the country. This full-time, remote role combines your expertise in commercial construction with a mission-driven focus: building spaces where children on the autism spectrum can thrive. With up to 70% travel, you'll take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring each new center opens on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full build-out of new ABA therapy centers across multiple U.S. markets
  • Serve as the on-site expert during construction and center openings, resolving issues quickly and effectively
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage construction schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Travel regularly to project sites (up to 70% of the time), typically 1-2 nights per trip
  • Monitor progress and ensure that all project milestones are met with high-quality standards
  • Adapt to changing priorities and project needs with a solution-focused mindset
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and willing to travel frequently to project sites
  • Experience with project management platforms (Asana is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Client-Facing Role: This is a highly visible, client-facing position requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time across assigned regions; travel includes day and overnight trips based on project scope.
