Qualifications

• Proven background in Medium Voltage Terminations.
• 3M Certifications highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MV tool kits and precision stripping/crimping.

Responsibilities

• Strip, cut, and crimp MV cables using specialized tool kits.
• Use shear bolts for secure connections on MV terminations.
• Install terminations in equipment like inverters.
• Ensure every connection meets safety and quality standards.
