Job summary

Modular Devices is seeking a Traveling Field Service Technician to service and repair mobile medical coaches across the United States. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, install and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and hydraulic systems in the field, while delivering professional customer service and documentation of all work.

This role requires extensive travel, independent work in diverse environments, and strict adherence to safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, trailer, RV, or mobile medical industries preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to customer locations for field service and repairs.
• Diagnose, repair, maintain mobile medical coaches and trailers.
• Read schematics and blueprints and document service work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to order parts and schedule repairs.
