Qualifications

• 5+ years Superintendent experience
• Ground-up industrial or data center construction preferred
• Ability to travel. Travel schedule dependent on project assignment.
• Procore or similar construction software experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams
• Maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Lead coordination for MEP installations and commissioning activities
• Work closely with project management and ownership teams
