Job summary

Core-Mark in Desert Hot Springs, CA is seeking a Merchandiser to service convenience retailers across the Low Desert region. You will drive a company vehicle, set planograms, stock shelves, and ensure displays maximize sales.

Travel 40-50% of the week with starting pay of $19.00 per hour. A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required; benefits and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must interpret and execute planograms.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Driver's license with clear driving record.
• Frequent lifting of 5-25 lbs; may lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems and report to Sales/Manager as required.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Reporting hours to division on time sheets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
