Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an MEP Superintendent or 15+ years in construction with 2–5 years specifically managing MEP systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP field activities including subcontractor operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
