Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a full-time traveling Project Lead for a BioTech/Pharma project. You will oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of MEP systems on a nationwide basis, with Raleigh, NC as a project location option.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in design, cost, sequencing and field installation of MEP systems, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years’ experience in MEP design, cost, sequencing, and field installation.
• LEED accreditation preferred and beneficial for project leadership.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical material clearly.
• Knowledge of contract documents, specifications, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct preconstruction, engineering and field installation of MEP systems.
• Develop relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and owners.
• Oversee daily activities of MEP staff and coordinate procurement, budgets and scheduling.
• Ensure quality, safety, commissioning and close-out processes meet project goals.
• Manage drawing reviews and adherence to contract documents and codes.
