Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks an experienced Electrician to join our traveling construction and electrical teams for rapid data center builds. You will mobilize with project teams to install and commission mission‑critical electrical systems across sites.

You’ll work with high and medium voltage power, backup systems, grounding, and process power in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment, contributing directly to groundbreaking AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or data-center settings.
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V (medium/high voltage experience is a plus).
• Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, megger testers, power quality analyzers).
• Ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Current OSHA 10/30 training and strong safety mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively (80–100%) and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel with internal teams to project sites to install, terminate, and test electrical systems including ducts, conduits, busways, and grounding.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on low- and medium-voltage power distribution across sites.
• Support commissioning activities: point-to-point checks, functional testing, energization.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA and SpaceXAI safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and operations to deliver projects on time with zero incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation, as‑builts, and test records.
• Mobilize quickly between project locations as construction phases shift.
