Job summary

Doug Egner Plumbing & Medical Gas LLC is hiring motivated individuals to assist tradesmen and foremen. The role involves supporting daily tasks, unloading materials, and helping prepare and apply construction materials.

Candidates should be able to work both inside and outside, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a strong focus on safety while learning the trade. Year-round work and benefits are noted for growth-minded teammates.

JOB SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for assisting tradesmen and foreman.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist tradesmen perform daily tasks and learn the trade
• Unload, carry, and distribute materials.
• Prepare and apply construction materials.
• Must always put SAFETY FIRST.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work inside and outside.
• Must have reliable transportation and willing to go to jobsites in the areas we work.
• Must be able to learn new things.
• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately, or learn quickly
• Must be able to perform tasks safely and with quality.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to work at various heights above floor with ladder, scaffold, and manlift when required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to assist the mechanic in the trade you are working in.
• Bring optimization to work every day.
• Always be in control of your destiny.
