Responsibilities

• Serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities managing administrative and quality initiatives.
• Attend quality assurance meetings and participate in improvement initiatives.
• Provide attending physician services for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for resident care.
• Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
