Clayco is seeking a field role on active projects across the nation to verify and document HVAC/mechanical equipment deliveries, safety practices, and storage conditions. You will lead on‑ground coordination with field teams, vendors, carriers, and manufacturers to resolve shortages and damage with detailed photo logs and timely reports.
Travel on short notice is required; you will assist with warranty tracking, light estimating, and procurement support.

Travel on an as‑needed basis to support HVAC/mechanical equipment receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage verification across active jobsites, warehouses, vendor locations, and occasional factories. Lead on‑ground support for damage, shortage, freight, and warranty claims through accurate photo logs and timely coordination with field teams, suppliers, carriers, and manufacturers. When not traveling, assist with warranty tracking and light estimating/procurement support. Requires extreme flexibility for last‑minute travel and strong construction field experience with mechanical/HVAC equipment.
