Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in swimming pool construction.
• Expertise in pool plastering and finishing.
• Strong experience with pool tile installation, coping, grout, waterproofing, and surface prep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pool construction projects from start to finish, ensuring specs and safety compliance.
• Perform and oversee high-end pool finishing work: plastering, tile, coping, grout, waterproofing.
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, measurements, and project specs.
• Prepare surfaces properly before plaster and tile are applied.
• Ensure surfaces are level, smooth, and meet quality standards.
• Identify and resolve construction/finishing issues before project completion.
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, backhoes, bulldozers, skid steers) per safety guidelines.
• Travel between NJ locations as needed and oversee site prep and finishes.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training to junior crew members.
