Job summary

Muth Electric, Inc. is seeking an electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in industrial equipment projects. The role emphasizes safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship across fiber optic and copper cable work.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, installing CAT and fiber optic cables, conducting service calls, and supervising projects as needed. Travel and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one or more years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply specifications; knowledge of national codes.

Responsibilities

• Splice Fiber Ribbon 12 and 16.
• Install and terminate CAT cable and fiber optic cable.
• Conduct service calls and oversee projects as needed.
• Read blueprints and apply specifications.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Travel to job sites as required with overnight stays.
