This is suitable for entry-level to experienced technicians seeking steady project work and long-term growth with an employee-owned company. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to senior: willingness to learn and perform low-voltage tasks.
• Ability to work six days per week and ~10 hours daily.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across Texas.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical work in construction environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling systems.
• Install Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic, and other cabling.
• Pull, route, dress, label, and secure cables.
• Set up cable pathways, racks, cabinets, and related hardware.
• Perform copper and fiber terminations.
• Assist with testing and certification of installed systems.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and project specs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
