Job summary

DanceBUG is seeking Videographers for February–June season to travel nationwide covering dance competitions with provided gear; no editing required. You shoot and we handle travel, training, and post-production.

We welcome candidates with experience in live events and camera operation; training includes virtual sessions in January and two live trainings before independent work, with weekend travel common across the season.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events such as sports, concerts, weddings, theatre or other live performances.
• Proficiency with professional video cameras and livestream systems.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment on site.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dance competitions across the U.S.
• Capture live performances using professional video equipment
• Set up and operate camera and livestream systems
• Monitor video feeds and production equipment throughout events
• Work alongside other DanceBUG media team members
• Upload and manage event media
