Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on structural steel projects, ensuring schedule, safety and quality.
• Coordinate steel deliveries, sequencing and erection to minimize downtime.
• Enforce site safety standards across multiple trades.
• Manage conflicts, delays and inspections to meet specs.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and report to PMs and clients.
• Motivate crews to perform under tight deadlines.
• Drive high-quality installations on multi-level structures.
