FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Inventory Auditor to join our field operations team. You will travel to multiple store locations, perform physical inventories with a handheld scanner, verify balances, and ensure compliance with audit procedures.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inventory auditing or retail operations, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation. This role requires travel up to 50% and the ability to work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in Inventory Auditing or Retail Operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with store teams and management.
• Comfortable working in warehouse/retail environments and handling merchandise.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
• Follow audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
• Assess risks and quality concerns during store audits.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
• Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.
