Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay on location for extended periods.
• Comfortable with physical work and heights, including ladders, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and finish interior décor elements with precision and quality
• Follow layout instructions, design plans, and job site specifications
• Collaborate with team members and site leads to ensure project success
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
• Participate in company‑provided training and apply new skills on‑site
